Questions we get asked the most

Do you require a deposit?

For new clients all projects require a 50% upfront payment. The work will start once the deposit is received. If you become a long term client then deposits are no longer needed. Normal trading terms of 7 or 14 days will apply instead.

What are your payment terms?

Full payment is required before the artwork is given to you. Our usual terms are 7 days from the date you receive the invoice. Long term clients can request for 14 day terms.

Can you arrange printing too?

Absolutely. We can manage the printing as part of our service. We work with an award winning boutique printer and also with a large wholesale printer in Perth. We will get you quotes based on your desired quality from either source.

How many revisions are included?

All graphic design projects will have a minimum of two free revisions included. Any further amendments after that will incur a cost charged at an hourly rate.

Can you make it pop?

While 'make it pop' may give a general indication that improvement is needed, a better answer would require specific examples. Letting us know what you like (and don't like) will be more productive and will get us closer to the outcome you are looking for

Can you give me files that I can edit?

We use dedicated graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity etc) to create the artwork. Unless you have access (and understanding) of the software then you will not be able to edit it yourself. Despite that, if you must have the editable format then it can be purchased from us at an additional cost to the design service provided

Do I get to keep the working design files?

The deliverables clients receive and own are the final versions of the artwork (JPG, PNG, PDF). The payment we receive is for the service to design that file. The working editable version belongs to us. However, if you want to own it you can purchase the working files for a price.

Can't we just use this image I found online?

Depends. If you want to use it for any printing purposes then the answer is NO. Web images are usually low resolution and will look blurry and pixelated if you try to print them out. The other issue with using images found online is copyright and permission. Let us source an image for you instead. We have access to stock libraries and can purchase a legitimate license for images you wan to use
